Rachael Chung

I teach flowing mindful Hatha yoga with a focus on the breath, attention to detail within each pose, and an appreciation of the uniqueness of each individual.  My teaching is inspired by various yoga styles including Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Ashtanga, Iyengar, ‘Scaravelli’, Restorative Yoga, Yin & Yang Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Embodied Relational Yoga Therapy. I teach group and private classes to all levels, encouraging students to work at their own pace and prioritise finding a sense of spaciousness, ease and connection in their practice in order to enhance their sense of physical and mental well-being.
