My Yoga helps students increase strength, stamina and flexibility, with a renewed energy to life. My inspiration stems from a fusion of Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, Yin & Yang Yoga; all of which influence my teaching style. Classes include appropriate joint care, Pranayama and Savasana.
My Yoga education is continuous, allowing me to broaden and build on my knowledge.
Classes are suitable for beginners and intermediate level.
