My yoga for athletes is a time to undo what our sport does to us, rebalance and regain flexibility and comfort in our bodies.

My mixed abilities yoga is a yin yang flow style Yoga.

I always look to bring awareness to waking up areas of the body that our habits may have left behind such as the glutes. In fact I have a series I call Building Better Butts for Britain!
